Hi, I’m Andy
I have been teaching private and group guitar lessons for over 16 years. I love helping my students reach their goals and grow into good guitarists and musicians. At the age of 10 I started taking acoustic guitar lessons. After a few years of private lessons I decided that it was time to switch to the electric guitar. After graduating from high school I moved to Boston to study at Berklee College of Music. I majored in the areas of Performance and Contemporary Writing & Production.
I have studied many styles of music and can teach most of them to a certain degree. If you are looking for a guitar teacher and want to learn Jazz, I may not be your best option, though. I am best at the following styles: Blues, Classic Rock, Rock and Neoclassical Shred. I’m an open-minded and optimistic person and I am very flexible in the way I teach. I always try to find out what type of learners my students are. Then I can design personalized practice plans for fast progress. I am also offering video courses and other instructional material on this website.
I am currently offering a completely free introductory guitar course for beginners. It is equal to the first 12 weeks of my complete introductory guitar course. This gives you the opportunity to get free access to 12 weeks of the complete course. You can keep all videos, audio tracks, and pdf files. If you like the course and see good results, you can continue with the complete course. For a small fee you can get an extra 22 weeks of guitar instruction.
If you are interested in private guitar lessons and do not want to teach yourself through video courses or ebooks, you can take lessons with me from anywhere in the world via Skype. There is also the option of more traditional one-on-one lessons if you live nearby. Just send me a message through the contact form and we can chat.
I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
